Shipping & Delivery
We are located in a residential neighbourhood in Richmond Hill (Major Mackenzie Dr and Leslie St). Upon placing your order, you may decide to pick up at our location or schedule a delivery for a fee. We will contact you with our precise location upon receiving your online order.

Pick up Location
As a local florist, we only deliver to selected local areas in Ontario:
Richmond Hill
Markham
Vaughan
Thornhill
Fees will be determined upon checkout. If an address is outside our delivery zone, we may contact you to pick up at our location or arrange an alternative. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery Areas
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Same-day delivery will not be available. All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. We do not guarantee specific delivery times unless explicitly agreed in writing. Our delivery time frames are:
Mon - Sat: 12pm - 6pm
Sun: 3pm - 6pm

Delivery Time Frame
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including recipient name, correct address, contact phone number. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Order Accuracy
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion or a re-delivery fee may apply. Once the order has been delivered or left at the address provided, responsibility of the flowers and products transfers to the recipient.

Recipient Availability
Due to unexpected weather conditions and other external factors, we are not responsible for delivery delays or damages caused by severe weather conditions, traffic delays, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

Weather & External Factors
Delivery is deemed complete when the order is handed to the recipient or the order is left at the delivery address in a safe location. A photo or electronic confirmation may be used as proof of delivery.

Delivery Confirmation
For other products that are shipped (such as our handmade phone charms), we provide Ontario-wide shipping, and fees will be calculated at checkout. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.
