Roses of Eden will accept payments by credit card and Apple Pay. We will not be accepting e-transfer.

Payment Options
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and plants, all sales are final once an order has been prepared or delivered. These items will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Upon receiving the non-perishable products (such as our handmade phone charms), please inspect it immediately for any damages. If there are damages with your order, please email us immediately within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide clear photos or videos of the damaged products for our assessment. The unused items may be eligible for exchanges upon our verification. Please email us to initiate the return and exchange process. Items eligible for return and exchange must be delivered back to us, at the customer’s expense.
Orders may be modified up to 48 hours before scheduled delivery date by emailing us. Any last minute modifications will be subject to availability and our confirmation.

Modifications to Order
We do not accept returns on fresh flowers or plants. For non-perishable items (such as handmade phone charms), the items must be unused and in its original condition to qualify for a return and exchange. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
